CANCELLATIONS
We hope you don’t have to cancel but if you do please give as much notice as possible, at least 24hrs. We will remind you of your appointment 48 hrs in advance.
VETERINARY CARE
In the event of your pet becoming injured, ill or showing signs of distress whilst in the studio, we will of course contact you at the earliest convenience and inform you of our proposed course of action.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and pick your pet up in reasonable time once we have informed you that your pet is ready for collection. We cannot guarantee your appointment will go ahead if you arrive after the agreed appointment time.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Aggressive dogs are not accepted and we reserve the right to refuse to groom for the health & safety of the groomer and/or the dog. A muzzle may be used. Services may be discontinued if the working environment becomes unsafe due to behaviour issues, health problems or parasites. Customer must agree to inform us if the dog has ever bitten any human, another dog or has any aggressive tendencies.
CUSTOMER CONSENT
By signing the customer record card, you agree that the groomer ( Bella & Buster’s Dog rooming Studio Ltd) cannot be held liable or responsible for irritation, abrasion, patchiness or hair loss due to any pre-existing skin condition or as a result of the process of grooming, de-matting, thinning, stripping or shaving
COMPLAINTS
If for any reason you are not happy with any aspect of the grooming process, please notify Bella & Buster’s Dog Grooming Studio Ltd by telephone within 24 hrs of the appointment.

Bella & Buster’s Dog Grooming Studio Ltd will respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information provided to us is processed and held in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998.
